What is the best electric moped/scooter to get around town?

I want to get a vespa but i am afraid they are just way to expensive.New or used is fine with me! I am sixteen and just got my lisence and i dont want to pay these insane gas prices. Any ideas would be helpful!

Consider buying a Roketa Scooter. They're inexpensive and maybe you can find a used one for less than $500. Browse through the scooters for sale on this site and see what you come up with.

that's specifically Roketa Scooters. I recommend those because they're generally the least expensive. Just remember that you will sacrifice a bit of quality if you want to buy something that inexpensive. It's not always true that spending more money will get you a better product, but in this case, it's true. Spend a bit more (maybe borrow some money from someone) and buy a used Vespa, Honda or Yamaha scooter. Just my two cents…
