Chinese made junk.
Buy a name brand scooter or you will be sorry.
Qianjiang Motors, Vento, Strada, Yamati, TNG, Geely, Qingqi, Verucci, United Motors, CPI, Madami, Tank, MZ, Baron, SunL and Linhai all should be avoided.
Most Scooter mechanics won't even touch them.
Yamaha, Suzuki ,Honda. are all good brands.
