scooters not really safe kids or adults they slow and get in the way of cars more than a bike would i wouldnt le tmy kids have one and im a motorcycle rider sorry and scooter hard to get work done on an dthey dont last every long times even if new just not a good thing get him a bike to pedal can go 60 miles or more in a day and its good for him an dit cost less and less to break less up keep and safer to ride sorry
