Moped Scooter For Sale

Hey I was about to buy a moped and wondered what kind of license I need to ride, also where do I acquire everything??

In terms of mileage(and years), what is the average life of a 50cc scooter/moped?

I lost the keys for my scooter. I'm in Tucson, AZ. I need a new key, and the company is in China, so that option will be super expensive. I just need to know if anyone here has used a locksmith for a scooter/moped/motorcycle, and which one(s) please?

Is there any electric moped/bike/scooter that meets the specifications?

Seats: 2 people
Max Load: 250-300lbs
Speed: Less than or equal to 35mph. (don't want to go that fast, but enough so that 2 people won't make it go that slow)
Range: 30-40 miles
Charge time: Less than 10 hours.
-Price: Less than 00.

Btw, I have done alot of research etc so I'm not just being lazy. I just can't find the right one

The Commander SHO sounds good, but how much is it? I couldn't seem to find the price anywhere. I went to the my local dealer in Florida but they do not have the Commander SHO listed as a product. And how would 250lbs affect the range and mph?

O.k. So I went to a moped dealer and they said you can get a scooter license at 14 . I don't know how accurate he is or if he is telling the truth or not (tell me if that is true in georgia). I am looking for a low powered maybe 50cc moped that is small not the one you rhat are huge but not one you get at Toys R Us either. I am a small kid 5ft even, and I want a street legal moped or scooter. I need to be able to ride comfortablely.

I've seen kits online for choppers where you buy the kit and build it yourself. The idea struck me as awesome but I don't have enough money for a chopper so I was wondering if anyone knew if they made any 150cc or 250cc Moped/Scooter kits out there. I'm not talking about the ones where you attach a motor on a bike, but a kit that lets me build the entire thing from the ground up.
