Moped Scooter For Sale

I just purchased a Honda Elite S year 2000 motor scooter/moped. It only goes up to 25 but the speedometer says 35. Is there any way to take the governor off or something along those lines?

It can be any type but i am looking for the least expensive.

I live in Washington state. I purchased a used, 2003 Yamaha Vino 50cc scooter/moped on Saturday (May 17th). The scooter came with New Mexico license plates. Can I legally ride it on the roads prior to registering it in Washington and obtaining Washington state plates? If so, how long do I have before I need to get it registered?

I'm just about 17 years old and I don't have my driver's license. I heard that you can still drive a moped/scooter with a 50cc engine without a license in Illinois but I want to be sure. Obviously, I wouldn't be driving it on the expressway 'cuz it wouldn't go fast enough with just a 50cc engine. But I'd drive it around on the side streets and everything. I need a faster means of transportation other than by foot or bike, etc. I use the trains occasionally but I don't live real close to any station

i need a moped/gas scooter soon because i have no transportation to public schools and around town because i live with my dad and he works from 3 in the morning and doesnt get back till until 11 and the rest of the time he sleeps and i need transportation because i have to go get stuf to eat and have a little fun in my life as a 14 year old i will even pay a monthly payment even as long as its cheap please help me!!
