I need to find a nice sturdy scooter online. any good suggestions and personal thoughts?

HI. im 16 and have only a learner's permit
I would like to know if I am still eligible to drive a moped/scooter in the state of Florida.

I've only found one place in town that is Melbourne Scooters on Wickhem and 192. But I'm trying to shop around for options but there doesn't seem to be one. I checked the phone books and google. But no luck so far. Thanks

i was just wondering Do you have to have a license to drive a moped or a scooter to drive in VA. If you do what do u have to do to get it?

Trying to find this out for a friend that lives in Texas.

What are the requirements to ride a scooter in Texas? Does the person have to pass the road and written test? What is the difference between a moped and a scooter in Texas? For example, in Virginia, a moped is anything under 50cc and no registering or licensing is required.

Is there a distinct difference between a moped and a motor scooter, or are they both synonyms of the same object?

So I may get one. I'm 16 already, since March, but I don't get my liscence until November. I'm planning on driving my parents' car in the winter, but is a moped a good idea for warm weather traveling? Short distances of course.

I've heard it gets really good mileage and is convenient. I'd probably use it up until it gets too cold to do anything outside.

Bottom line. Is it worth it?

My parents Are letting me have the Provisional Driving licence Lessons And A 50cc Moped for my birthday (November).

What i want to know is what type of Moped do you recommend?

A Model Number aswell as just a make would be helpful...
