I am planning on moving to Honolulu this summer, and will not be able to afford a car for a while. I was there last month, and we had a blast cruising around on scooters. What are the best brands for your buck? I will only be able to spend 00 or so for a used one, but I need something that can carry me up the hills (I'm around 215 pounds). What brands should I avoid? How many miles are these little things usually good for before major mechanical problems start happening? Any info on scooters would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!!!

I want to learn to use a scooter for driving on the road but I don't know where to start. I'm in the UK and don't have any kind of license nor have I taken any lessons before. Where do I need to start? Do I need a provisional license?
how many people does a moped/scooter hold and can it hold two people
