I have never owned nor driven/ridden a scooter but would like to purchase one. What are some decent ones under 00 new or used. I looked the Yamaha Zuma and they seem decent.
hi i was told you do not need to get a license for a gas moped or scooter;the moped is 150cc can you tell me more on the laws in pennsylvania;someone said you can dive them using your regular license help

Are scooters and mopeds allowed on freeways and highways or streets alone? Can you ride them on the sidewalk?
What are the pedals for in a moped? Do I have to pedal to get it started or can I just start the engine from the get go?
Arguing that the reason why you see so many people in south carolina driving mopeds is due to people having thier class c drivers permits taken away due to dwi's. Leaving them with the alternative of walking or riding a scooter.
I want basic local transportation around town. I want to ride on the streets, but not on the freewway and would require about 40 mph maximum speed.
like i would be driving one around town, to school, etc.
